Our staff team is pictured here, and they’re all pretty great, but it’s important to acknowledge that all that is accomplished can only be so with the many volunteers who serve Castle Oaks, its congregation and community, in endless ways!
Dianna McKeever // Ministries and Connections
Dianna’s heart for people is evident in all that she does. She holds a degree in Child Development, and her previous church experience includes co-leading children and youth ministry.
She and her husband, Chris, have three boys. They reside in Castle Rock, with lots of friends and family nearby … but spend most of their off time at the soccer field!

Josh Parmiter // Worship Ministries
Josh is passionate about sharing the truth of the gospel through music and art. Josh is originally from Newfoundland, Canada, and has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Theology from Tyndale University College and Seminary in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Josh and his wife, Amy, live in Castle Rock and love exploring Colorado with their two dogs. They also enjoy hanging out with friends and going to music and sporting events.

We have a wonderful search committee looking for a Student Ministries leader. In the interim we have an amazing group of volunteers that will be overseeing Sunday morning and Tuesday night gathering. Check out our student page for current happenings.
Jennah Kearney // Children’s Ministries and Communications
Jennah is a Colorado Native, born and raised just a hop, skip and a jump away in Sedalia, Colorado. She attended Southeast Christian Church her whole life and comes from a large family of pastors and faith. Jennah accepted a full ride volleyball scholarship to play at New Mexico State University, where she got a degree in Family and Child Science. She is a true optimist, Jesus follower and has a heart for people and their stories.
Jennah and her husband, Jay, have been married for 10 years and have two young kids— Brooklyn and Callum. They love coffee shops, thrifting, and going on family walks.

Phil Vaughan // Lead Follower
In his 25+ years of ministry, Phil has served in Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Colorado in various capacities. Phil brings gifts of teaching and sharing God’s word that offer humility and grace, and express his personal longing to follow Jesus more closely and lead others to Him.
In their spare time, Phil and his wife, Donna, love to hike, bike, ski and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors together.

Cindy Veith // Office Administrator
Cindy was raised in the Covenant Church (Leyden, 1st Covenant Denver, and Centennial) and was part of the original church planting of Castle Oaks. She ran the financial side of their family business for 16 years and is happy serving as the office administrator now at Castle Oaks.
She and her husband are the proud parents of two grown sons, both US Army veterans, and are proud grandparents as well.

Leadership
Our Leadership Team represents the congregation and supports the staff. They oversee the business and mission aspects of the church. Each team member serves for a three-year term and is elected by the congregation. Leadership holds business meetings once a month.
