Have you ever stopped to consider what it really means to be a gentleman? It’s not weakness. It’s not politeness for politeness’ sake. It’s power under control. And if loving your neighbor sounds like a soft, sentimental idea, you’ve been misled. Scripture shows us that loving our neighbor is demanding work—requiring intention, strength, endurance, and sometimes courage in the face of real opposition.
In this study—our deepest and most challenging yet—we’ll work through Scripture from Genesis to Revelation.
We’ll begin in Genesis, examining the fall and why loving others often feels like such a battle. We’ll look at the foundations of a fallen civilization, how hearts grow hardened, and how self-love replaces love for others. Then we’ll explore God’s blueprint for restoring us—how He softens our hearts, strengthens us, and equips us to love our neighbors with truth and courage, if we are willing and available. You will be stretched. You may be confronted with perspectives or truths you’ve never considered before. But you will grow.
